Conditions for Warranty Coverage:

• The installation of the device must be carried out by a qualified electrical engineer in full compliance with all rules outlined in the official installation manual.
• The device must be connected to a grounding system that meets the standards defined by Georgian legislation.
• The device must be protected from industrial and natural dust, and the temperature and humidity must comply with the requirements specified in the technical documentation.
• Post-installation inspection and activation must be performed by an authorized representative of Intellcom Group. Activating the device without the presence of an Intelecom Group representative is strictly prohibited.
